BNI Miracle values the privacy of members and visitors. This policy describes the information involved, its purposes, retention and how to exercise your rights.

Information involved
Account, profile and business information, photos, contact details, meeting or training registrations, receipt details when requested, and payment status and amounts. Public directory and profile information is accessible to visitors.
Purposes
To provide sign-in, membership and profiles, event registration, payment checks, documents and the AI assistant. Consented visitor statistics are used to understand traffic and improve the site.
Conditions for processing
Processing must have an appropriate legal basis for its purpose, such as necessity to provide requested services or comply with legal obligations. Nonessential visitor analytics rely on consent, which you may decline or withdraw. Having an account or using the site does not automatically grant analytics consent.
Retention period
The period is 730 days after membership ends, or after the event ends for registrations. Analytics and AI question logs are aged from their recording date. Eligible records are checked daily at 09:00 Thailand time; records within the processing batch may be removed up to a day after becoming due. Active members are preserved. Financial documents require clearance of legal and dispute obligations. Records linked to sign-in accounts or attachments remain pending separate safe handling. This job does not delete external service data or backups.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential storage keeps sign-in, language, theme and consent preferences. Some forms save drafts on your device. Optional statistics may record page paths, campaign sources, browser information and a session identifier through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and site statistics. Advertising consent remains disabled. Before a choice or when choosing necessary only, analytics tools are not loaded and site page views are not recorded.
External services
The site uses Lovable Cloud for accounts and data, Stripe for card payments, Google Maps loaded after analytics and external-service consent, and Lovable AI for the Sam-one assistant. Assistant messages may be processed by AI services; avoid unnecessary sensitive or confidential information. LINE, Facebook and other linked sites have their own privacy policies.
International processing and security
External providers may process information outside Thailand. Transfers must meet applicable legal conditions and safeguards. Contact the team for details about the relevant services. Access to nonpublic information is restricted by user permissions, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Change or withdraw consent
Open cookie preferences from the footer or this page. Disabling statistics stops site page-view recording, removes accessible analytics cookies and reloads the page to unload active tools without clearing sign-in. Withdrawal does not delete previously submitted data or cookies on external domains. You can manage additional cookies in your browser.
Your rights and contact
Send requests to wmbnimiracle@gmail.com to ask about data use or request access, copies, correction, deletion, portability, objection, restriction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable legal conditions. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority. Identity verification may be required. Describe your request and the relevant information without sending passwords.
